Our mission is to rescue any unwanted dogs and find forever homes for them!  We specialize in giant breed dogs, but we also help other breeds.   We are trying to educate the public about giant breed dogs and about the importance of vet care!  Our dream is to open a no kill sanctuary that would provide a loving home to all dogs that cannot be placed.

Gentle Giants, Inc. was  founded by Candace Bright in 2002.  We got off to a very slow start, but we are building a good reputation and helping more and more dogs!

Candace is a married mom with three sons.  She has a full time job and still finds time to help animals!  Candace is the heart and soul of Gentle Giants, Inc.  Her goal is to make life better for unwanted giant breeds.  Her dream is to open a no-kill sanctuary for dogs that cannot be placed.
