Hope is a senior brindle English Mastiff. She was found as a stray and brought to the Gwennitt County Shelter in Goergia. She weighs a mere 68 pounds less than half what her weight should be she also has horrible infected sores on her backside. We got her out of shelter and brought to the Gwennitt Animal Clinic. She had tests run and she is heartworm positive and also anemic. Fortunately all her issues are treatable. She is doing very well. She will have her heartworm treatment done at Pompton Lakes Animal Hospital..it is too dangerous to treat then transport she will have to be kept quiet after treatment. Hopes vet bills,boarding and transport will range anywhere from $1500-$2000 plus dollars. We are in need of funds for her.
