I agree and understand that Gentle Giants, Inc. is not responsible for injury or property damage caused by a foster pet(s). In the event that any of my own pets should become ill or injured due to interaction with foster pets, Gentle Giants, Inc. will not be liable and vet bills must be paid by the foster person/family.I agree and understand that no medical care shall be undertaken without prior written approval from Gentle Giants, Inc. with the exception of emergency vet care. I understand that a complete history of a foster dog is unknown and that I may encounter some initial adjustment problems. I agree and understand that when I foster a dog, I am accepting the dog as is and with full responsibility for his/her actions while it is in my care. I understand that my foster dog may jump, bark, chew or display other undesirable behavior while in it is in my care. Gentle Giants, Inc. prescreens all animals and will not knowingly provide an animal that is dangerous or unsuitable for adoption. However, no warranty or guarantee is given as to the physical condition or temperament of these foster dogs; their background is generally unknown. I understand and accept that a complete history of a foster dog is unknown.
I agree and understand that the foster pet is the property of Gentle Giants, Inc. and must be surrendered to Gentle Giants, Inc. when requested. If for any reason I can no longer take care of this pet, I will contact Gentle Giants, Inc. immediately to arrange his/her return.
